We’re Nicole & Tory Dahlenburg, a husband-and-wife real estate team serving clients throughout middle Tennessee. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service, honest guidance, and lasting relationships. Our mission is simple: to be the best Realtors for our clients by combining expert market knowledge, strong communication, and genuine care. We believe our success is built on our core values of honesty, integrity, hard work, and great communication.
Our journey in real estate began in 2000 as investors, long before we became licensed agents. At that time Tory was working as a Banking Center Manager, and Nicole was a stay-at-home mom raising our two children. Through years of buying, selling, and working with other real estate professionals, we discovered that real estate wasn’t just an investment for us, it was a true passion. We knew we wanted to help others experience the same excitement of homeownership and investment success that we had found.
Tory became a licensed Realtor in 2006 while continuing his career in banking, and Nicole earned her license in 2010. By May 2017, Tory retired from banking and we officially joined forces to create The Dahlenburg Team, blending our complementary skills, backgrounds, and shared dedication to our clients.
Real estate is a relationship business, and we take pride in the fact that many of our past clients have become lifelong friends. Most of our business comes from repeat clients and referrals, a testament to the trust we build and the results we deliver.
Nicole serves as the Crye-Leike Smyrna office Sales Manager, became a Broker in 2020, and has earned the titles of Vice President, ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and CRS® (Certified Residential Specialist). Tory holds the SRES® (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation, allowing him to expertly serve the unique needs of senior clients.
