Hi, I'm Kolton Watson, an Army veteran, real estate investor, and
full-time real estate agent committed to helping clients make smart, strategic

Before entering real estate, I served as a U.S. Army Ranger, where I
developed a mindset rooted in precision, discipline, and mission-focused
execution. Those same values now guide how I serve my clients whether
you're purchasing your first home, selling your current property, or
expanding your investment portfolio.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Entrepreneurship, with
a collateral in Finance, from the University of Tennessee. That education,
combined with real-world investing experience, gives me a strong
foundation in market analysis, negotiation, and financial strategy. I don’t just
help you find a home, I help you make a sound financial decision.

As someone who has personally used the VA loan, I have both the
technical knowledge and lived experience to help fellow veterans and military
families navigate their benefits with confidence. I take pride in being
a trusted guide for those who have served.
