Our real estate careers have included residential & commercial sales and property management. Bill & Kristyn are members of the National Association of Realtors, the Arkansas Realtors Association, Hot Springs Board of Realtors and Cooperative Arkansas Realtors MLS.

We are both natives of Hot Springs and members of the 70West Church of Christ.

Bill served 32 years and retired as a Captain with the Hot Springs Police Department. He worked as the Property Manager with Crye-Leike Property Management in Hot Springs and managed residential, commercial, and HOA/POA properties for over seven years. His focus is now on real estate sales. 

Kristyn served as the 2019 President of the Hot Springs Board of REALTORS, 2019 HSBOR REALTOR of the Year, a 2013 Graduate REALTORS Leadership Academy, an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and a Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI). She enjoys serving on committees for the Arkansas REALTORS Association and the Hot Springs Board of REALTORS.
