Originally from Seymour, Indiana, Joyce relocated to Memphis in 1966. She played collegiate tennis and graduated with honors at Memphis State University before beginning her real estate career in 1976. Since then, through energy, drive, and dedication to her clients, she has consistently been a leading force in the real estate industry. She continues to rank in the top 1% of agents in the Memphis area among the over 3,000 members of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors.

Chase Chasteen (Affiliate Broker, CRS, LSS, LRS, SNP, MOM, LHC)

Chase was born and raised in the Memphis area. He played collegiate soccer at Delta State University before coming home and graduating with honors, obtaining his bachelor’s degree in finance, from the University of Memphis. Chase first partnered with Joyce in 2011 and has been a licensed Realtor since 2016, blending his youthful energy, yet cool demeanor with Joyce's experience and negotiation prowess. Chase has been luxury home certified and is a lifetime member in the Multi Million Dollar Sales Club. In addition to real estate, Chase has enjoyed coaching soccer for Collierville High School, the TOPSoccer Program for athletes with disabilities, and even specialized 1-1 training.

Joyce and Chase bring a wealth of experience to the clients they represent. Their extensive background in all facets of real estate has made moving to and from the Memphis Area smoother and more enjoyable for more than 3,000 families over the past forty five years.
