Representing Nashville’s current and future homeowners, Kathy is a Real Estate Broker Serving Tennessee and Virginia.  With over 15 years’ experience serving the Southeast in Virginia and North Carolina prior to relocating to the Nashville, Tennessee area; she is committed to listening to her client’s needs to find the home of their dreams.  Kathy strongly holds to her values of professionalism, integrity and responsiveness to serve her clients to the highest degree.

Kathy understands that buying and selling a home is one of the biggest decisions most people will ever make and takes great care in navigating them through the process step by step, whether they are first-time buyers/sellers or are seasoned property owners.  For her, this is not about one transaction, it is about building relationships and friendships that last long after the keys are handed over.

Kathy is also passionate about helping clients build their dream home – whether it is from the ground up or by making some refreshing renovations.  No matter the project, Kathy enjoys advising her clients through the entire process by leveraging her personal homebuilding experience and expertise.  She particularly enjoys assisting out of state buyers and truly understands the difficulty of this move and the possible hurdles you could encounter.  She enjoys introducing her clients to the Nashville area and helping them settle in.  Currently based in Davidson County, Kathy has lived in Williamson County previously, further deepening her market knowledge to better serve her clients.

When Kathy isn’t helping her clients with their dream home, she enjoys traveling, fashion, gardening, and sports.  Growing up in Southern Illinois is always cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals and has a love of auto racing where she has worked in both NASCAR and Indycar.
