I am a architect by heart beginning at the age six. When I was a kid my dad built homes and I loved to draw housing plans that focused on the flow of the home. He was also the deputy tax assessor in Charlottesville Virginia, so I learned a bit there too!

Later in life, I built and remodeled 21 homes, 11 in northwest Arkansas since 1991. Wheather buying or selling I love helping my clients with their decisions.

Of course, I am really a little overqualified.  Funny that is I have a need to contribute to society and retirement was not for me.

• Formerly VP of Morgan Stanley and owner of my investment company.
• Earlier revatilizer of failing newspapers across the United States.
• Created 2 successful Economic Development Task Forces for Profit and Non-Profit (Indiana and Illinois).
• Governor Orr wrote me to fill a seat on the Private Industry Council.
• Reopened a closed Chamber of Commerce and year later the Lt. Governor awarded the Chamber the "Strongest small Chamber in the State".
• Served on the Boards of Chamber of Commerce, United Way, Boy Scouts and Rotary President.

I do more than list homes on with the Mulit-List Service. I advertise in many publications to promote and sell homes such as the Bentonville City-Lifestyles. Pinnacle Stroll, Ozark Living real estate publication, plus over 170 internet sites, the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, and my 3 websites.
